Deputies arrived on scene and observed V1 deceased with an apparent gunshot wound and a revolver was observed lying next to her. The Deltona Detectives Unit was notified and responded to assume the investigation. Case is active.

V1, a juvenile, was found in the intersection of Hummingbird St./Deltona Blvd. V1 advised he did not know where he lived and appeared to have autism.

Deputies canvassed the area and residents on Hummingbird flagged deputies down to the location of V1's residence.

Deputies observed an open sliding glass door to the residence; after no one responded to announcements, deputies checked the residence due to exigent circ*mstances. Deputies located D1 in a bathroom curled up in a ball.

During the investigation, it was determined D1 consumed narcotics and fell asleep, causing the child to leave the residence unsupervised. D1 was placed under arrest for Child Neglect and transported to the Branch Jail for booking without incident.

S1 allowed D1 to babysit while D1 consumed mind-altering drugs and charges were filed with the State Attorney’s Office. DCF and Director Quann were notified about the incident.

V1 advised he and his friend were near the intersection of Lake Helen Osteen Rd. and Alley 1898, Deltona. They had an Orbeez gun and shot the back window of S1's car.

According to V1, S1 exited the vehicle and grabbed the Orbeez gun from V1's hand by force while striking him. S1 told V1 to give the remaining Orbeez pellets to him.

S1 left the scene with the Orbeez gun. V1 described S1 and S1's vehicle. VC3 was notified and License Plate Readers were checked.

Director Quann was notified. Case status: Active. No injuries were reported; parents of both V1 and O1 are aware.

S1 and V1 are married and live together as a family unit. S1 was heavily intoxicated and started a confrontation with V1.

S1 then pinned V1 to the couch where she eventually escaped. S1 subsequently pushed V1 back onto the couch.

S1 then locked himself in the bedroom and was believed to have passed out. Deputies made several attempts to make contact with S1 with negative results. A pass-on affidavit for battery (DV) was completed to be attempted later.

S1 and V1 are husband and wife who live together as a family unit and have children together.

S1 and V1 were in a verbal argument when S1 struck V1. S1 fled on foot prior to deputies arriving and V1 was uncooperative.

S1/V1's son had a video of the incident, which deputies were able to watch, prior to V1 taking the phone and advising the children not to speak with deputies. A pass-on affidavit was completed based on the video surveillance deputies were able to view. Director Quann was notified and the report was sent to DCF.

D1 and V1 are father and son, who live together as a family unit. V1 was verbally disciplining his daughter, which D1 did not like how it was being done.

D1 then punched V1 in the face, resulting in minor injuries. V1 later called law enforcement and D1 was taken into custody without incident for battery (DV).

The District 4 Crime Suppression Team assisted D1 with an influx of squatted trucks on the beachside.

D4 CST returned to Deltona to search for a wanted subject. DNET and D4 CST apprehended the subject in the 900 BLK of Deltona Blvd.

D4 K9 conducted a sniff of the vehicle which resulted in additional charges of trafficking in fentanyl, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell, possession of SCH II with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
