Change via Email Link:
- Go to the College Board homepage and click Sign In.
- Click Need Help Signing In and select Forgot Password?
- Enter your email and click Email Reset Link.
- Open the Account password reset message email and click RESET PASSWORD.
- A new browser window will open where you can create your new password.
Change via SMS Code:
- Go to the College Board homepage and click Sign In.
- Click Need Help Signing In and select Forgot Password?
- Enter your email and click Send SMS Code.
- Retrieve the code from your mobile device and enter it on the page.
- Create your new password.
You'll receive an email confirming your password was successfully changed. Use this new password the next time you sign in.
