IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.
Located in the quiet town of Los Osos this custom home offers luxury living at its finest. You will enjoy the attention to detail in every aspect of the house including the enclosed hot tub atrium, wind protected deck with firepit offering views of the bay and golf course, and a terrific game room. The incredible kitchen has unique details and an impressive custom countertop that even lights up! Golf enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Sea Pines Golf Course with the Morro Bay Golf Course also nearby. It is a short 15-minute drive to the heart of Morro Bay and an easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants in Los Osos. The home will exceed your expectations in every way and is the perfect comfortable and peaceful retreat.
Some of the many features that you will enjoy while staying here are:
- Master bedroom with a CA king size bed, a fireplace, bay views, and en suite full bathroom with step in shower and large soaking tub.
- 2nd bedroom downstairs features a CA king size bed and cozy fireplace
- 3rd bedroom downstairs features a queen size bed
- 4th Bedroom downstairs features a bunk bed with a trundle and flat screen TV. The bunk bed has a twin on the top and a full size on the bottom. The trundle is also full size.
- Fantastic bay views from the dining, kitchen, and living areas as well as master bedroom
- Private Hot Tub for guest use in the enclosed atrium with custom etched glass
- Spacious, bay-facing, wind protected deck on the upper level of the home. Sit back and relax around the firepit or fire up the BBQ for an evening meal.
- Game room in the basem*nt featuring a pool table, ping pong table, large TV, and small refrigerator.
- Large capacity washer/dryer
- Double car garage plus large driveway
PLEASE NOTE: This home is a multi-split level home and is not appropriate for mobility challenged people.
While staying in Los Osos there are great restaurants, coffee shops, local markets, and a large grocery store. The best part of this location is that you are very close to Montana de Oro, one of the most beautiful State Parks in California! The park offers great hiking, bike riding, and horseback riding.

This property and the overall location is wonderful! Great views throughout the home, access to many amenities and Morro Bay is only a short drive away. The enclosed patio with built-in hot tub was so very nice! With open views to look up at the stars while enjoying the warm water. The house is spacious with varying elevations which adds to the charm and the living and sleeping areas were quite comfortable. The outside patio on the upper floor provided great views as well as a peaceful area to soak in the sun during the day or enjoy a warm fire at night. Highly recommend this property! Out of everything, the hot tub was our favorite part of the property. We also enjoyed being able to travel to local shops and restaurants as well as the close proximity to the ocean for entertainment.

I would recommend Beach-N-Bay Getaways to anyone looking to rent a place in the central coast area. The check-in/check-out process was really easy and convenient. There was a nicely detailed check-out list provided that helped answer any questions a renter would normally have regarding check-out.

I really enjoyed the views this property offered. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood next to a golf course so it's very peaceful. The outside patio on the upper floor of the property offers a nice area to simply enjoy reading a book, or entertain company. The most enjoyable parts about the stay were the views offered from the living room or master bedroom upstairs. Both areas had large windows you could sit next to while warming yourself up next to the fireplaces in either room! This was an extremely nice property. I really enjoyed the overall layout of the home with the game room on the bottom floor and of course, the hot tub. I had a couple of friends join me and all of them said they would gladly rent this property again.

Everything about the home was amazing, especially the kitchen and master bathroom. The flow of it and the natural lighting from the house gave it so much energy and vibrance. The kitchen view was spectacular, and the countertop lights, wow! Amazing! The deck in the morning or evening was so calming and easy to make wonderful memories all that were there. I definitely would recommend this home because of it's comforting energy and beauty.

Beach N Bay was very quick in answering my question I had regarding the key code pad entering the property. Their emails were very detailed with information about the stay at the property. They are a great company to go through for your vacations rentals!

This is a very nice spacious place to have for just a weekend or a full week to spend with your family or friends. You will feel as comfortable as being in your own home, except with beautiful scenic views from the windows! It is close to a few grocery stores also if you choose to use the spacious kitchen or bbq on the patio and enjoy the view. One thing my family enjoyed the most was relaxing at the end of the day in the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoying a few games of pool or ping pong down stairs. I would highly recommend this place! You will love it!
